2001 Expedition XLT Electric Problems

2001 Expedition XLT Electric Problems

Hello Guys,
Mein name is Andreas and i come from Germany.
I have a Ford Expedition XLT 2001 5.4
Last night was the car even properly

This morning can no longer move shift lever from the park position , power windows , wipers front and rear , heated rear window , left turn signal , windshield washer , entrance lighting , interior lighting also are not counted .
What could be all of a sudden?
Where should I start looking ?

Oh, I forgot : Fuse 11 ( driver's side inside 5Ampere ) always blows.

According to the owners manual the #11 fuse is supposed to be a 30-amp and is for the Front Washer Pump Relay, Wiper Run/Park Relay, Wiper Hi/LO Relay, Windshield Wiper Motor, Rear Washer Pump Relay.

So if those items are working then it is not the fuse #11 that is blowing.

Check to see if fuse #113 in the fuse box under the hood is blown.

Sorry , I made ​​a mistake . fuse 15 burned always durch.I have found the actual errors .There was Water in the connector of the cruise control servo , and has caused a short circuit. Nevertheless, thanks for the quick help . MfG Andreas

Fuse #15 powers all of these circuits: Stop Lamp Switch, (Speed Control, Brake Shift Interlock, ABS, PCM Module Inputs, Air Suspension Module, Autolock), GEM Module
