Timing chain question.

Ok I have a 95 Ford F-150 with a 5.8L 351W 215,000 +/- 2,000 now I am in the process of doing the front main seal and well since I got the timing cover off might as well change the timing chain. Now from what I gather the dot on the cam must line up with the dot on the crank so basically the cam dot would be facing down and the crank dot would face up (in a nutshell) am I correct? Second I'm looking at timing chain sets for my truck and I'm seeing different measurements? Double roller 0.250"/Double roller 0.222"/Double roller 0.200" what does it mean and which should I get?

Thanks for the help

The dot on the cam should read @ 12 o'clock and the dot on the crank should read 6 o'clock.
