Tranny is ticking me off!

So, I replaced the flywheel on my 1990 F-150 2WD 4.9 and then got the god forsaken thing back together. (Someone told me 6-8 hours for the job and it took me 3 days and I am not retarded) Once it was all back together, I have the floppiest clutch pedal known to man. I tried bleeding the line via gravity and the pump and bleed method and still no luck. I am about to set this thing on fire and push it into a ditch to burn. Anyone have any suggestions short of taking the tranny out again? Could it be a pressure plate issue, slave cylinder? Also, any suggestions for removing the trans in the future in case I have to do so to solve this problem?

How was the pedal before you installed the clutch? If it was ok then you probably still have air in the system....they are a pia to bleed.
