Tea Kettle sound coming from the front of engine bay
Hi, I'm having a tea kettle sounding noise coming from the front of the engine bay around the horn area. It's not coming from the degas bottle or anything. Seems to be under the Power steering resevoir somewhere. It happens off and on and not all the time and it has nothing to do with boost or rpm as it makes the same noise at idle too. I have attached a video to show you guys.

That would most likely be your fuel coolant pump, it's mounted below your power steering reservoir. This pump controls the coolant for your fuel cooler as well as the turbo actuator housing coolant. Air in this system can make the pump very noisy. Check the coolant level....small rad cap to the rear of the dagas bottle. There's a small site glass but it's very tough to see where it's located, so carefully remove that small rad cap and make sure it's full. If it is full then my guess would be that the pump is shot and needs to be replaced.
