Max tire size with 2.5" leveling kit. 2015 f150 lariat

Hey guys

What the max size of tire with a front and rear leveling kit? 2 1/4 in front 2 1/2 in rear. I kno 33/12.5r18. Will fit just wondering if I could get 35's without trimming? Also what's the max tire size on the stock 18" rim?

The stock 18" tires are 275/65R18, which are 32.1" diameter.

That size is fairly close clearance to the back of the front wheel wells. I don't know that I would go much larger. So use the 32.1" as a starting point. Maybe another inch would "work", but it starts to look uncomfortable (to me).

EDIT: I take that back. You could certainly go up 1" in diameter, and maybe a little bit more. The issue is going to be the back side of the front tires when you turn to the stops. No issues on the back tires that are immediately obvious.

Ok. Thanks, There is a lot of conflicting information out there. Some sites say a 35" would fit and some say 33". When I measure from my tire at full rotation there is 2 1/2" to the closest part. So if I'm going 1" taller and 1 3/4" wider (33/12.5/r18) I should be good.

Google leveled f150 teamstance and you'll see numerous wheel/tire combos with specs and info from the trucks owner on what rubs and how much ......lots of 35s and levels out there wheel backspace is biggest factor.......for me I'd go 33s and level looks just right

Thanks cunmudf250. After talking with them a true 33/12.5/r18. Would have some rubbing issues, they are saying if I go with a 305/60/r18. (32.4"/12"/r18) then there will be no rubbing. The tire isn't much taller but I am almost getting all the width I wanted

Max tire size with 2.5" leveling kit. 2015 f150 lariat

I went with 305/65r18 with a 2.5" lift. No rubbing at all and I did not have to trim anything.

Did you do that on the stock rim? Or aftermarket? If aftermarket what offset?

Max tire size with 2.5" leveling kit. 2015 f150 lariat

No its a Lariat. I love the truck I traded a 2014 GMC Sierra Z71 on it and have not thought twice about it.
