Silly question
I should know this but are the 96 5.0 f150 4x4's obd 2? A fella I work with has one that has the CEL on . So I look under the hood and no DLC. I have a code reader if it's obd2. Any help is appreciated.

You the man Paul. Now I can figure out what's going on with his truck. He had mentioned something about a loose gas cap turned the cel on before. Then he had the codes cleared and now it's back. Thanks much.
