Wow... I need to read that over a few times to get it straight. I just use the knuckles system, putting both hands together and count from the left, knowing the knuckles are 31 day months and the "valley's" are less then 31 days.
Besides that, I'm just disappointed that we are already talking about September. Are you sure it's not just July?

I've been using this new thing. It's called a "calendar". Works great, and I don't have to remember extra stuff. Ever seen one?

Kinda nice for us valley boys having the morning clouds back.
Was getting a bit warm there for a while.
Got the Fairlane back from the fab shop.
Roll age and subframe connection looks great. Next I have to install new toe boards then send to the paint shop.

 

That is just what I was planning on posting here. That and finally cooling off in the evening.

 

I'm homesick. Went to Seattle Monday. Left there this morning and am now in Boston. Won't be home till Sunday. Darn kids going to school all over the country. .......

 

I may stop by after I change oil in the truck to take a look-see.

V-J Day is August 15th, 1945.

The Japanese signed the formal surrender documents aboard the USS Missouri (BB:63) September 2, 1945...General Douglas MacArthur presiding. His famous last words: "These proceedings are closed."

 

David and I were buzzed by one coming back from death valley last year. He flew down to the deck and was only a few hundred feet over us.
