Stainless Steel or Titanium bolts?

For Exhaust Manifolds & Up-Pipes?
For Turbo mounts?
For Turbo Pedestals?

Metric 8.8 or better.
I would not use either of the two you listed. Both are very hard to drill out when things go bad.

I agree had a real bad experience trying to drill a titanum bolt. The bolt was harder than most of the bits I had or could find. Finally found some Butterfield bits that would hold up for awhile. $$$$$

Thanks Cheezit that means a lot coming from you. Now, what about the factory brand or is the Metric 8.8 even better? If so I will have to find them locally.

Factory bolts are 8.8 to 10.9 depending on location iirc
As a side note the 6.4 used magnesium exhaust bolts and turbo bolts. Couldn't even heat them up hot enough with a torch to do anything. Really bad idea theybhead.
My suggestion is use oem

Cheezit, magnesium Really? My high school chemistry class taught me about magnesium, really bad idea.
I order the bulk of my parts from white bear lake. I just received a big order which includes all the upgrades for my wife"s 6.0, since i live in Arizona I am waiting for the weather to cool down to tear into the guts. 105 degree temps are not comfortable for working that stuff out. It was bad enough I had to do the front end on the 7.3 last summer.
Thank you for your knowledge.
Ed
