My 97 F-350 shut down while i was driving and now won't restart. I checked fuel filter bowl, that was partially filled, I replaced the fuel pump it was leaking slightly, rebuilt the filter bowl assembly. It still won't start, it cranks over no problem belches smoke on occasion, sputters like it is trying to start, the tack indicates that the motor is spinning, scanner says no codes, doesn't start even with the ICP disconnected, there is fuel pressure at the schrader valve, the ICP connector is dry and the wiring looks good. I have read a lot of postings that sound similar to my problem but none of them seem to get to the solution. What should i check next and how?
