Here we go again with a crank but no start

Never thought this would happen to me but it did. Here's the story leaving work tonight crank it over and it fired like it always does idled for 15 sec and then cut out like it was running on the pass bank injectors turned it off then tried the restart but only idled on pass bank again then finally quit altogether. What I know and have done rpms-123 icp 500 then climbs to 2300 volts-11 and the gpr is working Ohm tested 42 pin pass bank 3 ohms on all driverside 3.2-3.4 and get the same readings from the IDM connector. Removed chip and no change. Fuel pump comes on then off aand has good stream through drain valve. No smoke while cranking. #24 PCM fuse good and replaced relays for PCM and IDM. Swapped CPS with known good one gray OEM. Tin nut on IPR is tight. Oil level is good and have half tank of fuel. I am going back tonight to install another IDM that I now works. Is there anything I'm missing or forgot. Thanks for the help.

Edited to change fuse#

Update

Replaced IDM and it fired up and ran. Next question what causes IDM's to go bad. The IDM I pulled out was not the OEM unit but an Alliant reman and at 138000 miles that seems kind of odd that it's on number 3. ???

The biggest thing that I have heard to cause their demise is moisture. If they get wet and corrode, they crap out.
