Difference between these 2 banks systems besides price?

Seriously thinking about buying one of these two banks systems for my 1996 f-250. can someone tell me the difference besides the price? I know one is for air injection and the other is not air injected, but what does the converter size matter? doesn't the system replace the cat converter? For $200 less,I could buy the non air injected system and bypass the air pump.

One is for air injected slip on catalytic converters, the other is for three bolt non-air injected california emission cats.

No. Like Rollin said, one has a slip on cat, one has flange style cat. What do you have?

the more expensive kit with the slip on cat of course. lol So guess I have to order the more expensive kit...but don't understand why the cat isn't replaced in the new system.

because NO system Ever replaces the cat.

Heck, the diesel systems even reuse the muffler

so,Would I be better off just buying a quality set of headers and having a shop do the rest of the exhaust? Do you guys think it would give the same performance as what banks says their system does?(minus the "cold air" part of it,of course)

I am running their Torque Tubes, Y-pipe and a hi flow 3" cat along with a custom 3" exhaust. I did not care for the banks cat back system on a friends 460 truck
