I currently own a 2006 f250 6.0 turbo diesel and I love my truck has been doing an amazing job I tow things with it and it pulls easily I also have changed the oil every 3000 miles kept it up to date with other maintaince. Some upgrades I did were just add bigger wheels, tires, bigger exhaust tip, and do a cat back straight pipe. But now my question is because everyone has been telling me to not put a programmer in it because of the problems 6.0 tend to have but would like to know what could happen if I were to put a bully dog programmer in without doing no upgrades to the engine ?
