howdy yall i am new member looking for help on my 82 f250 i just bought a few months ago it has a 6.6l 2 barrel, i bought the truck non running for a project purpose, i made my decision based of of the sound of the cranking, i new it was some thing easy preventng it from starting, turns out easy fix is not so easy to find the parts, a mouse got in to the duraspark i.m. wiring harness, so the harness is shot from the module to the coil, and to the distributor, iv been to 11 junk yards in my area and nobody has the complete harness, would i be better off converting it a points style or would a msd control box wipe the harness and the i.c.m. out of the equation. any thoughts would be a big help thank
