Searched and there seems some inconsistency between different manufacture's closeness in match.

But I don't need exact, just really close.

I scored a rear bottom door hinge with a spring that wasn't broke. Yet. And I got the other side too as it was unbroken.

I don't understand why Ford didn't mirror the bolt pattern on the doors (they certainly are not interchangeable) and make the hinges interchangeable.

The paint is some sort of white but is faded and chalky.

Anyone have experience getting an off the shelf rattle can white that is close?

 

I have used this before and it looked like pretty much the same thing, if you look at just the right angle in the light it is not quite as glossy. But you really have to look for it.
For a door hinge I doubt you will notice a difference. Autozone stocked it on the shelf when I got some.

I bought that Duplicolor Oxford White to paint the stone deflector on my 92.
It wasn't even close to the same.
I ended up using Krylon white that I already had, and it was a hell of a lot closer to the white my truck is.
