Hello all,
First off I'm new to your sight (thank you for having me) I am thinking of getting an older 7.3l f350 I use to be a dodge guy (we all make mistakes lol) until I drove my first ford truck. I have a few questions though
1 I was planning on having the motor rebuilt once I bought it ( probably start with a high mileage truck) from what I have read this should be about 5000.00 is that a good ball park estimate?
2. What would be some good cost effective upgrades that would improve towing performance I plan on pulling a fifth wheel (not purchased yet but approx 15000 lbs empty)
3 what other upgrades should I consider. I am planning of upgrading anything I can in stages, any suggestions on what I should do first?
