I am new here and looking for some advice. I have a 78 f250 that I am trying to fix up and have noticed cracks in roof just above A-pillar coming off front edge of drip edge. Anyone else have this problem and know what causes it and how to repair. thanks

 

People in some parts of the country have problems with rust in that area. Could be a bad bondo job that a previous owner did to cover up something like that? If it's rusted, then the permanent repair would be to cut out the affected area and weld in replacement metal from a donor vehicle.
