And if someone is looking at ACDelco they are the same production line as Raybestos.
To me it seemed like the biggest problem with hard to remove hubs out of the knuckle was that they would get a little cocked and jammed in the knuckle. If they were extracted evenly they came out easiest.
Well I don't need to help here cause Chuck (who helped me) has posted everything including Tool #'s
I was foolish & didn't order the 7750 Plier Set upfront, then of course could not get it apart & had to wait till Amazon got them to me (very nice Pliers)
Also I had debated between XRF & Raybestos, ended up going Raybestos (Ball-Joints & Hub's) but I will say this.... I would NOT buy them again, had an issue & Raybestos were very crappy on phone & would not help. Luckily Amazon stepped up to the plate & yes I left a Review for Raybestos on Amazons web-site.
I'd go XRF & don't forget the 7750 Plier's
XRF is definitely the ones I keep looking at other then the oem ones.
I used XRF and they are a good product. They have a great warrenty as long as you keep the box (I took them apart and put them under the padding in my tool box) Look on ebay for some great deals, I got mine for 120 bucks shipped about a year ago and bought the seals from the dealer.

Hardest part was getting the snap ring out. Those pliers were the only one's that would do it.
Good to know, thanks! That 7750 set is a little pricey, but worth it if it makes that snap ring come out easy. Yeah, I was about 4 hours into trying to remove it and getting nowhere, until I fabbed up the long needle-nose pliers with a spreader to get it out. Even then, it was a multi-try affair. If you even breathed on it wrong, it would let loose and I'd have to start over. What a PITA without the right tool.
I have so many snap ring pliers it silly.
I even have the set that made it through the garage fire.
Little rusty but they still work. Think that they are Cal-Van tools
