May sound dumb but...

I have a 1993 f150 4.9l 2wd m5od 3" body lift I'm just curious because my buddy has a 2" lift for my era truck and he wants 50 dollars for it. Will I need a drop bracket with the TTB? And will I be able to fit 35s under the front. I have tried them before but they rubbed horribly on my bumper and mud flap. Any wise words or help would be appreciated thanks.

Nope. A body lift is just that, it lifts JUST the body. Which means you don't have to mess with the suspension.

But body lifts look like crap IMO.

I think he means he already has a 3" body lift. His buddy is selling a 2" lift (suspension I assume?). These front ends can go up about 2" without having to use drop brackets but you will need to realign the front end (it'll be way off). Rear is easy. I don't know if it'll work with 35"s. My neighbor has a 4" suspension lift with 35"s and I have just spaced my bumper 5/8" and done a small front lift to fit 33x10.5r15 with no issues. Mine looks like it would squeeze 35"s if i didn't wheel it, but what fun is that?

just realized it's a 2x4... look up timbersteel's threads about his f150. I think he has 35"s on a 2x4.

I wasn't able to find the thread about it but yes I already have a 3" body lift. I have 32x11.5s on it right now they rub on the radius arms at full crank. My buddy has a complete 2" suspension lift he wants 50 dollars for it. I was curious to know if I would be able to fit 35s without having to trim anything
