Sport Mode Helps the New Ford F-150 Hit the "Sweet Spot"

For me, Sport is too aggressive most of the time. I find that Tow/Haul keeps the engine closer to where I want it - with a big exception of braking, where T/H uses way too much compression braking. So, my jury is still out on what mode I'll use.
