Preventing 4R70W transmission extension tailshaft housing cracks caused by corrosion

I've been advised that 4R70W transmission extension/tailshaft housing cracks near the mounting ears can be avoided by adding a transmission to chassis ground strap and a transmission to body ground strap as this will prevent the galvanic corrosion takes place where the aluminum tailshaft housing makes contact with the steel transmission mount. However, I'm unable to find any threads or websites with specific instructions or pictures on how to do this and what materials are easy to get and work best. Can any of you kindly direct me to where I might find this information?
