Could anyone provide me the partnumber(s) for a new oil filter adapter housing (and gasket) on a 2004 5.4L F-150 4x4 Lariat crew cab (and where to buy it)? The only thing I could find so far was the gasket and a Moroso Remote Filter Adapters 23681.

I only replaced the gasket last year, but it's leaking again.

I did remove the front end to get to it last time, but could it be reached without doing so?
