I beam swap

I'm looking at getting a set of I beams from a 67 an up f100 will they still work on a 65

Yes, F100s & F150's up thru 1979 will work. If you're considering disc brakes, find a '73-79 donor. Ibeams, radius arms, etc will bolt on to your '65.

ibeams

didn't 65 come out with twin I beam,it was the first year for that front end,i have a 65 that I am parting out you can see in in the parts section,it has complete front end if interested,if not I have a 69,70 twin I beam front ends thanks ed

Ok so my wording was a bit off my 65 does have the twin I-beam set up, I was wondering if the 67 and up are the same size as the 65 I'm a certified welder and am looking at using a old set to make drop beams

The 67 beams should be identical to the 65. Starting in 73 they would have had disc brakes instead of drum.

Same R/L I-Beams: 1965/70 F100/250 2WD; 1971 F100/250 2WD before serial number M00,001.
