The tubes are so smooth powder coat is about the only thing that will hold up. Everything else I use night temp paint with cermanic from The parts store.

It will hold up well enough. Not perfect, but good enough.

Just sprayed with 500 degree enamel with ceramic in it. If it comes out like crap or doesn't hold up to the heat I will share some pics and don't do what I did.

I used VHT 500* with ceramic on my IC tubes and spyder and its holding up great. The next thing to use is VHT 2000* eng block paint and a oven to bake it on. I did my turbo with vht 2000* and its holding up great.

I just did the same thing. VHT FLameproof silver on the up-pipes, turbine housing, and center cartridge. Red 500deg engine enamel on the compressor housing. I didn't have time to do the spider and IC pipe, but they would have been red also.

Couple tips: make sure your hands stay completely clean/grease free while installing everything ( yeah, pretty much impossible), or the VHT flameproof will stain and cure that way. Also, the engine enamel is not nearly as chemical resistant as the label claims. I sprayed a little brake cleaner on a rag, to wipe off some oil mist. Even after a week and 1,000 + miles of driving, the rag came away some red on it.
