Make sure you find 2wd springs since the 4x4 springs from that year are narrower.

Yeah definitely need to the 2wd springs, the 4x4 springs are the same width but the length is different and the axle mount is in a different location, according to this.

1967 - 1979 F250 leaf springs - front and rear

Shouldn't be... your 2wd springs are either 2.5" or 3" wide. A 67-77.5 f250 4x4 rear springs will be 2.25" wide.

No, springs for my year range are 2.25 inch wide, for F100 or for F250. (2wd not sure about 4x4). I do have dentside springs on mine which are 2.5, I just cut the bushing down and was able to fit them in.
