Has anyone ever camped here? We are staying for 3 nights starting tomorrow. Live Oak is having a fireworks show Saturday night and I'm going to run a 5k there. This was the closet place that I could find. If nothing else, I'll leave a review on Monday of the campground.

 

Never camped there; but I lived about 10 miles from there for a while.

 

The park itself is pretty nice. The campground is fairly new, so there isn't any shade. They have a large pool, a kidney bean pool that can be heated and a hot tub. The owners and staff are top notch! Since it was a holiday weekend, I saw a LOT of interesting people there, but overall is was a good experience. They are really good about enforcing quiet time, which is nice with a young child. We will definately be back to camp there sometime in the future. I forgot how cold a spring can be until I jumped in!
