Good Hump day Morning Vermont, Jim, Green mountain Monsters. Looks like I am off to Arizona for 9 days, and just found out my buddy has his silencer permit. Guess what is being U.P.S back home. One for the 9mm, 1 for the 22, and one for the .380. There expensive but worth every penny. Love it, Love it, Love it. And getting new mags for the mini-30, Ruger mags, cant stand jams, I filed the ramp and everything still jamming, gotta be the clips. Well you get what you pay for and when it comes to life or death pay a bit extra. Excuse me Mr. ISIS hold on a minute my gun is jammed, no don't shoot me yet, I will get it cleared. Starting to sound like our Military. Impotant.

I am leaving July 7th out of Newark at 10:30 and will arrive in Phoenix at 12:45, Short flight. Then we are leaving the 17th at 9:15pm doing the red eye and will get home at 5:30am, Then I have to wait a week or so to make sure everything makes it in the mail, big gun show up there that week, another reason to go. We are staying with our friends in Queens Creek. Ever see the movie the Kingdom? with Jamie Fox, Awesome action packed movie the chase seen and the explosions were filmed right out front on the new interstate they redid. They watched the filming said it was incredible. Now when I watch it I know exactly were that was taken. Need something when I'm out there?

 

Yousshould be sick of the heat by then. Sounds fun though. Should be lots of broken sheet for you to fix when you return

 

Yea boss is giving me sheet already about leaving, we have a lot of work going on now, but that's not my problem let the Ecuadorians do it, if they can, They seem to know everything anyway, lets see if they really do. Oh yea Jim, Got a call back from Coast Cities, all 3 managers were happy with me and made a pretty good offer that I really have to think about. Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 4:30, overtime if I want, @ time and a half. $25.50 an hour, 401k, Full Benefiets just for me. Got to let them know today. I get Vacation, sick time, personal days a real business. No road calls, no mud everywhere, poison ivy, Just have to pass a pee test and they want me. I gotta think hard. Straight time I will be making a bit less, cause I'm off the books here for a portion of my pay, but no bennies, pension, nothing, no raises, guy's have been here for 15 years and hasn't had a raise yet. His thinking is you don't like it leave. He takes advantage of the mexicians and Ecuadorians, they dont know better and it's not right. Gotta do something.

David, tough decision but you need to make the one that will make you happy. Sounds like your current boss could care less and just "uses" everyone. That would bother me and make me strongly consider leaving and finding different employment.
