Any ID

Does it have any ID number, like the VIN number or chassis number? The VIN plate its located inside the glove box or ant the engine comp. You can check at its documentation too. Still have the original flathead engine? Just curious about it.

Seats

The seats looks like panel seats, not pickups.

VIN

The VIN number is from a F1, V8 engine, 1952. 4th and 5th char from a standard VIN number are two letters to represent the factory. G2 does not match with that, this may means it is from another country, not USA. Maybe Uruguai?

Side body windows are identical to some windows convertions done at that time.

Front, chassis, running boards and rear fenders are from Ford F1 trucks. But I was not able to identify yet the doors and body. Seems to be from a panel or a sedan delivery but the shape does not match with any Ford or Chevrolet or any other that I know. And it seems to good to be special made.

Still need some more research.

Well I for one really appreciate the research and time your putting
into finding info on this panel. I have searched also and have found
nothing at all like it. I agree that it looks like factory pressed body
panels. And not just some quick conversion. Please keep up the
search as there must be more than one. I just can't believe they
would set up a press for the body panels for only a one off truck.

VIN

Yes, that would be a valid VIN, F1R2EG... But G2 does not match any factory code.

The OEM final assembly plants south of the border have often created things that they think will sell in their countries. Their labor is much less expensive and they can do things that we can't do in the US & Canada. There are also fewer regulatory requirements.

In the 1990s The Dodge truck plant in Lago Alberto (Mexico City - no longer there) didn't like the smaller size of the Durango (off the Dakota chassis at that time) and created a full size SUV off the Dodge Ram (which they built) like the Expedition/Excursion. These could be the same type of build from a Ford truck plant in Mexico, Venezuela or Argentina.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed since we were all so fixated on the body sides and unique rear half, but the doors are different from standard pickup/panel doors. There's an extra body line under the window.
