What is your ultimate engine/trans combo?

Ok, so I'm going to assume I'm not the only one that daydreams about what I want to do to my projects and all the "what ifs" that go along with those thoughts. So with that assumption here is the question:

If you could wake up tomorrow and any engine/transmission combo could be in your 60s F100 truck, what would it be and if you have a reason why then give that also.

I'm really loving the 4.6 swap I have done, but Id still probably be going with a turbocharged coyote and 6 speed...the auto is super practical, but man the 6 speed behind and easy 600+ hp would be so much fun!

What is yours?

Ah yes....427 SOHC! great choice!

I also think it'd be really cool to put EFI early Hemi into one of these 60's F100's Don't think I've seen that before, but it'd sure be cool.

I'm liking the Cummins 4BT/automatic swaps I've seen in a couple Unibody's of late... That'll be the conversion for my '63 unibody down the road...

A 292 backed up by a 4 speed with totally useless granny gear and a 456 rear end in my 63 F250 4x4. Fast, powerful and gets great gas mileage.
