Bench seat repair

I can't find the answer by searching everyone that starts a thread about seats it seems is putting in buckets not what need help with

Ok I got a 90 f150 single cab long bed the bench seat won't move the metal wire that runs between the left and right slider things is broken is there a replacement I can buy or something

I dunno if there's a replacement but if it's just a metal wire I'd just make one.

You can reach under the seat and pull the lever the wire is connected to to get the seat to move on both sides. But I agree with Dixie, you can make a new one pretty easily.

Yeah I'll take some mechanics wire and get it working another question my drivers mirror won't stay still it just flops around uselessly is there supposed to be some kind of bushing or something in there?
