On my 2004 Navigator the A/C comes and goes but the air still coming out through the vent really slow. Before it only happened in the front but now it's happening in the back. At first I thought was the blower motor in the front. It could be that both blowers have gone bad.

If that is the case where are they located and how hard is it to replace them?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
