I have stock sticks and a 3" down pipe. I found a banks 1.0 turbo housing for cheap. Are my egts going to go way up with the 1.0 housing? I dont have room for an intercooler after the 6.0 trans cooler install. Would I have to install an intercooler with the 1.0 housing? Also what can of worms would I be opening with the 1.0 housing? thanks.

Ok fixed it. Sorry I do NOT have an intercooler. Just the 6.0 trans cooler.

 

I would definitely get an EGT gauge if you don't have one already, whether you do the 1.0 or not. That way you always know exactly where your temps are at and whether or not you need to ease off. Either way, I think your EGTs will be fine with the 1.0 as long as you aren't hammering on it constantly with a hot tune.
