You better 'brush up' on your High Boy history, because...you omitted 1967/72's and 1977's.
FoMoCo never used the term "High Boy" to describe these trucks, it's an enthusiast term only.

High Boy: 1967/76 F250 4WD - 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001.

I cannot give you the 'marker lamp lens' part number, because there is no such thing.

The marker lamps were made as part of the parking lamps that fit into the header panel.

But, if there are lamps mounted on the sides of the front fenders, here's what they are:

D7OZ-15A201-A Right & D7OZ-15A201-B Left .. Cornering Lamps / Obsolete

D7OZ-15A440-A Right & D7OZ-15A440-B Left .. Front Fender Lamp Bezels-Use with Cornering Lamps / Obsolete

Using the T/S switch when turning right, the right side cornering lamp lights up. Turning to the left, the left side cornering lamp lights up.

Not all 1977/79 LTD II's and Ranchero's had these lamps as they were an option, but only for specific models as part of a package.

D7OZ-15A201-A = WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS in Liberty KY has 1 = 606-787-5293 / GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 1 = 800-543-4959.

D7OZ-15A440-A = MUSTANG'S ETC. in Van Nuys CA has 2 = 818-787-7634.

Be aware that "cheapskate Arnold" (the owner of Mustang's Etc.), who is known to squeeze a nickel until the buffalo jumps off, wants mega-bucks for obsolete parts.

Cornering lamp shown as 15A201 in pic, bezel is 15A440.

tbruz is starting off with a positive reputation.
Spent yesterday searching for and calling around for classic car appraisers in the Idaho area.
I've hired a independent auto appraisal company to go over to all Metal Classics and give me a review of the Blue, one owner original mileage 1975 F250 I bought via pics, the Ebay description and All Metal Classics description/representations before I spend additional money to have it shipped across the US to NH.
I should have the report later today and will update this thread.

Still worried, but doing something about it; even if it is a little late.
Thanks
tbruz

1975 F250 Ranger 4WD has 1978 and newer F250/350 hubcaps, an aftermarket mid-ship fuel tank and what looks like a factory plug where the aft axle fuel tank filler hose/fuel cap would have been located.

So, this truck originally came with the in-cab fuel tank only.

Drivers side of the front seat backrest is badly stained, the cushion doesn't look much better. Why wouldn't the dealer make an attempt to clean it?

Steering wheel has a laced cover on it, it's probably cracked. Truck has the optional Super Cooling radiator and the optional oil bath air cleaner.

62,000 original miles. Uh huh. Do not believe the miles shown on the odometer, as it reads to 99999.9 then returns to ZERO!

Do not believe a single word that this 'used car' dealer claims, as used car dealers lie just like new car dealers, lawyers, politicians and TV evangelists.

Sold new in Idaho: The DSO code stamped on the 3rd line-far right of the Warranty Plate (riveted to the left door face below the latch) will be either 73 or 74

73 = Salt Lake City UT Ford District Sales Office or 74 = Seattle WA Ford District Sales Office. Both: Where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.

To protect you from BS, post the VIN and all the codes stamped on the Warranty Plate. Until the info is decoded, for all you know, the truck may have been assembled and sold new in MI where salt is used on the roads.

It also has an aftermarket rear sliding window, not the factory one. See how the top and bottom edges of the window are straight? The factory version the top and bottom edges follow the contour of the window cut out, they aren't straight.
Nothing particularly wrong with aftermarket, just not original.
