everything about his website to me says SCAM,,, no price listed, you click on things and get a "put 50% down" I call BULL***** on him. Having owned A LOT of older Trucks, I have only ONE that I know has an original 98k miles. You can polish a turd,,, and he has many,,, I am quite the optimist, but I do know, that one person is NOT going to find that many "original Miles" vehicles. Call a turd a turd...

I've been in their warehouse when I purchased my 72 Bronc. Very nice, hard to find classics. I take the Bronco's I bought from them to shows quit often and always get tons of compliments. My 79 is my daily driver. LOVE IT.

Bronc munch I don't know what you read but he did not get what he was promised. The truck was clapped out rust bucket. And second of all he didn't get all of his money back that he was promised. I'm all about standing up for the little guy and mom and pop shops. From what I can tell they aren't that small and by the prices they charge they can sell a product with a proper description. Sight unseen? When buying from a reputable company that's usually not a problem. Your either one of the owners or an owners buddy so do everyone a favor and peddle your wares else where.

I'm just sharing my experience. And the original post states he received a full refund but wants additional fees. And I just bought a 73 F100, so I'll be around buddy.

Buy a vehicle online and you don't have it inspected before you pass along the money, it's your own damn fault.

2004: I was the winning bidder of a 1963 1/2 Galaxie 500XL Fastback. ebay ad stated all original with 14,197 actual miles, my final bid was $35,000.00.

I phoned the seller before I bid, told him what I planned to do if I was the winning bidder. Seller owned a body shop in Lincoln NE, said he bought the car from a local Ford dealers car collection.

My inspector was also my car hauler, he drove from Bakersfield CA to Lincoln NE to look at the car, then he would call me, report and then if it passed inspection, I would wire transfer the money.

Uh huh, yeah right! The car wasn't even close to being original!

Cheap repaint, whoever masked it was blind in one eye, couldn't see out of the other! Rechromed bumpers, reupholstered front buckets seats with the wrong color of red vinyl, the pattern didn't match the original rear seats, cheap loop pile carpeting, padded dash cracked and sun baked, engine repainted Ford corporate blue, not original until 1966, yadda yadda yadda.

Someone, either the seller or the former owner, had rolled the odometer back to 14,000 miles. Then another 197 miles were added by...who knows?

I passed, paid my car hauler/inspector 700 bucks for his expenses, one hell of a lot cheaper than paying 35 grand for the POS!

The original post also states that the seller would refund not only the purchase price but all other costs associated. Number dummy is right he should have had someone like at it first.
Congrats on the 73 I bet it's parked next to the 79 high boy you have advertised on your site.

man would I love a 63 Galaxie, heck a buddies grandpa had on and sold it for $6000- now its for sale in Oklahoma for $5000.(that's another story though) usually if you call them out on the rust and such sometimes they will drop the price to an appropriate number.

Its a shame there are people like this out there. Too bad it happened to one of us FTE folk. I hope that you get every penny back out of that place!

Interesting that, in their "sold" section, they list a 1979 F250 "factory high boy".
They also have an 1976 F-100 short bed highboy!!

FTE Is an awesome site and what a lot of people do not realize it's kind of like a brother hood. Don't mess with our brothers and you will fit in just fine.

Mikeo0o0o0 his f100 high boy listed on his site still for sale is even better.
