93 Explorer Valve Cover Leaking!

93 Explorer Valve Cover Leaking!
I noticed tha the driver side valve cover is leaking pretty bad.
Smells bad too, then manifold smokes for a bit after engine is turned off.
Have any of you replaced the valve cover for a Explorer?
Time?
Difficulty?
I know that I will have to remove the intake. Anything I should be carefull with?
Recomendations?
Whats the difference betwen felrpro perma dry and cork?
