They were when they went in. Lol
A little over a year ago I tore up c5/6 c6/7 sand with 10 weeks of PT all was great other than som numbness in my right hand. Fast forward to last week when we got back I jumped, reached, grabbed a suitcase out the back of my truck and my arm went dead. C6/7 shifted and pinched all the nerves so a fusion on c6/7 was done. After surgery I got movement back with one more numb finger. Il start PT again next week.

Guys..... This is the result of owning a highly modified 7.3L OBS... Everyone keep this in mind and wear your neck braces and 5 point harnesses when needed. Remember, SAFETY STARTS WITH YOU!!!
Seriously though, that sucks Mike. Looks painful.. Hope PT goes well and you start feeling normal again real soon. Be careful buddy.

never give up mike. it took me 18 months to learn how to walk again after being in halo traction for 18 months after i broke my neck.
the docs all said i would be confined to a wheelchair and never walk again after my accident. but i proved them all wrong.
i am in pain every day, and still only have about 25% use of my left arm but i am still going strong 33 years later.
