great truck burns a little bit of gas! Haha but it's missing a teflon ? washer/ bushing on the transfer case gear shift I recently purchased the truck - love it I know the 4 wheel drive works cuz I put a half inch spanner on the nut to transfer case and put it in 4 hi and 4 lo climbed right up some of our local hills neat truck ! thanks guys

Not the same bushing. Never seen a shifter like the OP has

Ford no longer produces or supplies the part by the way that's where I got the drawing

that was my finding as well that bushing he mentions is readily available in a pack of bushings at
most auto parts stores

I've been underneath the truck and tried it I also spent yesterday at our local wrecking yards the problem is I haven't seen the bushing yet that's right even in a worn out or broken state

Google "97ZZ-7335-AA bushing" should get you started on the right track

Curious as to where you came up with that part number it is for a Ford Focus bushing of some sort
