Horn ring Assembly P/N CODZ-13A805-A.


Has anyone been able to buy one. Every time I have tried they have been out of stock everywhere.


Is there a P/N for the battery hold down + hardware for my 64 F100?


All I have is the battery tray and a bungee cord. I would like to get the correct hold down.

 

Carpenter is using the original 1960 horn ring part number that Ford replaced in 1963.

Originally the center emblem was made as part of the ring, but when Ford changed the design in 1963, the center emblem could be bought by itself.

Since this is the ring that DC is selling, the part number should be:

C3DZ-13A805-D (replaced C0DZ-13A805-A) .. Horn Ring-Use with 3 spoke 17" steering wheel / Reproduced.

1960/63 Falcon/Comet / 1961/66 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100 4WD / 1967/70 F100/250 / 1969/70 F350.

DC's Ford part numbers are all messed up. Some are made up "phony-baloney" .. some are the original part numbers, some of which Ford replaced years before.

Case in point is the battery tray. DC is using the 1964 updated part number for the original 1961 part number.

C4TZ-10732-D (replaced C1TB-10732-A) .. Battery Tray - DC includes the J hooks with the tray, also sells them by themselves.

The bottom of the j hooks attach to the battery tray, what do the tops attach to?
