Is this Motor Mount Bad - 2008 Navigator

Is this a motor mount bad? I’m assuming it is, I just want to be 100% certain. Secondly, aside from lifting the engine, are the 3 bolts all I need to remove (1 bracket, 2 to the frame)? Just seems too straight forward, yet I have not tried to fit a wrench or anything in there yet. Lastly, does anyone know the Motorcraft part number for the 2008 Navigator Motor Mount? I tried to Google it and got a lot of results for Motor Mounts for different cars mostly Mazda. Fordparts does not show the Motorcraft part number and there it’s called a motor mount isolator, which will give you suspension based Google results.
