How much does it cost to rent a mule these days Jim? What do you rent a mule for, just beating? Interesting Have you ever had the pleasure of carrying a casket on your shoulder? They have pads for it but they are not light by any means, I got pulled into it, be cause they needed someone tall to make sure the casket was even, I already had my dress uniform on, but I never did it. All went well, we didn't drop him, and the timing was perfect like we practiced it for a week, God was looking down on us Saturday, that's for sure, we watched the film of it at the fire house on Sunday, and it looked good, 2 ladder trucks crossed with the flag draped down. Great show, screwed traffic up for an hour or so but such is life.
