What years did Ford have spark plug blow out?

The 97-03 5.4 2v engines blow the plugs I think 2004 Ford started the 5.4 3v these the plugs stick in till mid 07.

 

I had issues with my 2005 F150 with 5.4L and my 2003 Expedition with 5.4L. The theme here is the 5.4L engines. Some of them did better than others but I would avoid the 5.4L if you are in the market. Stick to the 5.0 and Eco's
