i have an 08 escape 4 cylinder fwd. exhaust noise near the front of the exhaust system has slowly gotten louder. i just had the flex pipe replaced. it had a small leak, but that is not the main issue. possibly manifold? this seems to be a bit more common than you would think in the 4 cylinder motor. anybody had to deal with this? and or had it fixed?
