Well sold my truck tues with known problems fixed. Guy was happy and drove off, 4 hours later I get a phone call that the truck quit running, come to find out the HPOP went and bank stopped payment on his loan and told him to return the truck. He signed as is papers in Virginia and now I'm stuck with a broken truck and Lawyers say it wouldn't be worth fighting the banks for the money because then the buyer would get screwed on whole amount plus repairs. Any thoughts?

 

I guess your only option is fix the truck and sell it again.

 

Naw if I sink that much money in it I'll just keep it
