Drive line

Got the drive line shortened and balance today, fortunally it only cost me 70$ to get it done so im happy with that.

Had to go and grabbed another radiator support column, since the one, that the donor truck had was cut by mistake.

My buddy let me borrow his super duty so i could use ot as a reference for the wiring installation, what a great guy.

No A'C

After installing the front radiator and intercooler support mount, I realized that there is no way for me to accommodate the a'C condenser

No room for A'C condenser😑

What about the front bumper?

Now that the front end is completely finished, I been wondering what should I do about the bumper, since the old style f100 bumper doesn't fit anymore, I wonder if I said get an aftermarket super duty bumper and somehow make it look nice on this build, what do you guys think?

I think it would be cool, along with the emblems, rear bumper, and possibly side mirrors.

i would give vintage air an cal before u give up on the condenser. They probably have a different shaped one that will work for you.

I'm planing on getting a 2010 f250 bumper, since it mounts the same way, and it actually goes straight across, instead of being curve.

I would build my own custom bumper, front and back. Awesome progress, btw.

Just a small updated for those of you still interested.

Doing wiring now, entired front end excpet bumper is done.
Hood latch was a pain inb tee he *** but got it figured out and bolted to the main yellow cross member.
Hood latch bolted down
Cab wiring ran thru firewall, no issues there.
Soup of wires but im getting there.
This is pretty silly, but it is the bumper of a 2015 super duty, i got it for very cheap, I will start shaving it down to see how close i can get it to the front end, i will try to work with it, but if anything i will hqve to make one.🤣

They are just thrown in there, once I'm done they will be ran as closed as possible as the factory setting.🤣

Looking good, and familiar. Sort of the same "soup" I got going on.

You figure out what will work with the air cleaner set up?

if you are talking about the air intake, it went right back where it mounts, no issues at all, and since I'm using the front support arch, it all went right back on like factory.

lol kind of figured so... but can you imagine someone grabbing the electrical diagram for a f100 then seeing nothing but SD wiring under the dash lol...
