That's the ebpv. Exhaust back pressure valve. If you search ebpv delete you will find a lot of threads on getting rid of it.

That other spot is the crankcase vent housing where the intake connects to. Where exactly is it leaking?

Looking at it a little more it's probably the exhaust brake lever. Also I updated my sig.

Out of the o-ring around the shaft under the big mound of soot.

Hey you go better views. This is directly under the Y pipe on the Passenger side . The leak is coming from the around the shaft going into the o-ring. I cleaned it up so u can see. All the soot built up on the back of the valve cover.

So is the orange arrow pointing to the pipe that your talking about? And are the orange circles, circleling the soot/connections your talking about?

I know I may be sounding like a neanderthall with all the stupid questions. But I have a really good reason. 2 years ago I got hit in the face with a pipe off of some machinary. Broke every bone from my forhead to my neck. I have short term memory loss and some other issues. But I really do appreciate all your info and help. I just like to ask very specific questions. We all say pics or it didnt happen so heres a CT scan of my face.

No prob man. Sorry to hear that! Glad you are OK tho!
The three circles...middle one is the other end of the arrowed pipe.
That is where you need to look for soot stain coming out of the connection to the collector.

Thanks man. It is what it is.

How the hell do you tighten that up, would I have to take the turbo off just to tighten it? Or is it a part that will just need replacing?

Agreed. The way that fitting works is like a compression fitting. Inside it is a ferrel kind of thing. They were designed to allow the pipe to move with heat expansion. Over time it wears into the pipe making it non repairable. This is what bellowed pipes look like

You can see the bellows about half way down the pipe.

Yeahhhhhh that looks like a HUGE pain in the *** to change out. For right now Ive been working on this truck for a month straight. Im gonna tow with it a couple of times and see how I like it. Im honestly just not in the mood to work on something im into 10k and havent used yet. It runs nice and has a strong running motor. If I dont get 24psi of boost then Ill just have to live with it or sell it. Untill I feel like working on this again. Thanks for the help guys. Im going to build a rear bumper and some running boards here in the next few days so I can do something i enjoy on the vehicle. Ill post pics and keep yall updated.

It's not easy. But it is doable in the truck. And it can be the difference between a good pulling truck or not
