F350 Door Rattle

F350 Door Rattle
So loving my new to me truck. Only has 140K on it. But one thing that bugs me is that with the doors closed tight, when I drive over bumps, they sound like they are not closed. Makes you feel like they will fly open. But when checked they are closed all the way.
Is there an adjustment or something that can correct this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I know there is a YouTube video that someone (possibly from FTE) made regarding this issue. He took some smaller tubing and ran it through the existing door molding to ensure a positive seal.
I haven't done it yet, but I am planning on it. I don't have the actual video address on hand otherwise I would include the link.

Here's food for thought. Do they SOUND like they are not closed or do they feel like it? If it's a rattling sound that you're hearing, its possible that you're actually hearing the power window assembly inside the door being loose. My recollection is that they're held in place with rivets which can fall out over time. I had several broken rivets in my driver door which made it sound like the door was only half closed driving over bumps. Couple rivets in there made all noises go away. Perhaps pull the door panel and check that? Just a thought...
