1990 Ford F350 W/E4od Tranny

Okay all, need some help. Just had the oil pan gasket and all bushings replaced on my F350 Dually. After they were all done, my 7.3 idi started and ran. Backed out of the garage and the E4od tranny would not go towards park, just towards 2 and 1, after the shifter was in those positions, it was stuck. I took off the Neutral Safety Switch/Transmission Gear Position Sensor and dropped the pan to find that the spring roller on the gear pawl was broken. I replaced it and reseal ed the tranny, refilled the tranny, reset the Neutral Safety Switch and not it will not crank. I was noticing hard shifts prior to all these repairs and the NSS is the original that came on the truck. When I reset the NSS, I put the tranny in neutral and lined up the indicators on the switch, then put it back on. The truck powers up, glow plugs come on, and you can hear them cycling, just no crank now. Should I replace the NSS? Is there any other ideas out there? Thank you.
