My brake and turn signals do not work after removal and replacement of steering wheel for paint. Found I do not have power from turn/stop lp fuse to brake switch. Also fuse is only hot when ignition on. Why do I not have power to brake switch from panel and should the brake light fuse not be hot all the time. Need help asap. Guy is coming to pick up truck today.
