My 62 F100 Project

Here is the 62 F100 Project I picked up out on the CA/AZ border. Going to keep it fairly original w/ the 292 2BBL in it. Drop it down on some Cragars and throw a little paint on it and call it a day. Sounds simple right.

Nice pickup!!

Someone swapped a heavy duty rear end in(no biggie)

Planning a project before tearing into it always sounds easy but when you start turning bolts it becomes an obsession and the list multiplies

I know it hah. So maybe you can help me with a question. The air filter seems to be sealed? Not sure or Im just not smart enough to get it out? Can I put an after marker intake / filter right on top of the carb or how does that work?

Air filter is likely the oil bath type, they are usually long gone by now. The bottom half holds a pint of oil. Any standard el-cheapo paper element and filter body from your local auto parts place will work with autolite/holley carb
