Well, the plate on my door says 156 hp at 4000rpm. Not sure if that's at the crank, or rear wheel... Rear wheel, I hope. In any case, 2.5 seems to be fine, and that's whats on there now.
I will not wrap my pipes in anything, now that I know it's not a good thing.
I'm gonna see if my local speed shop can source those Sandersons. Will go from there.

I didn't realize you could order directly from Sanderson. I will contact them after the holiday. My current system is a main pipe with a crossover pipe into a single muffler. The diameter is 2.5" throughout. This terminates with a short (12") pipe exiting the muffler. I don't know if it's stock, but it's the way I bought it. I did replace the muffler with a generic muffler from Napa last year.
