08 Expedition El...A/c not working

I have read through most of the posts. I am new here and looking for some help with my A/c issue. It is not blowing cold air. I checked the lines and they are warm. I noticed the clutch a little loose and tightened that up. I checked compressor and there is voltage there. I then decided to check relay socket and power there. I next checked a/c clutch fuse and there is no power to the fuse. Fuse is good just no power. Now I am stumped as to where to go next to find out why there is none there. Any suggestions?

I think you need to verify that you have sufficient refrigerant in the system first.

i did check that before i started tracking down the no power issue. Just not sure what switches and their locations i should check next. I may try a new relay. Like i said i have power to the relay i just do not have power to the fuse and the fuse is good. Been trying to find some sort of wiring diagram or A/C setup to show wiring and switches,relays,fuses,etc..and their locations but i'm coming up empty handed

Update: I have power to everything now but still can't get it to work. It has refrigerant in it and pressure looks good. But still not cycling on and off. Could it be a switch? If so where should I look
